So, I finally managed to get rid of the wallpaper changer tool.
Not that it's hard to uninstall, or disable.
But I liked what it was doing, and therefore wanted to keep using it.

So anyway, I finally decided on a dozen or so wallpaper sized images, which I'll just change around every few days by hand.
Which means ... taadaa! ... That I'm currently using a non-admin user account (this is XPSP2 in case you're wondering)!
Yeah.
Because the only thing I ever noticed not working on a limited account was my wallpaper changer tool.
That was an M$ tool btw, which stopped working on limited accounts when SP2 was installed.

Of course, the reason all this is actually important (at least to me), is for the fact that the last time I caught a virus, it could only spread in my system the way it did because I was using an admin account at the time.

weißt Du, wenn Du den zweiten Monitor verkaufen würdest, hättest Du genug Geld für die CSI-Boxen die Dir noch fehlen! d;

naja du musst bedenken, dass ich zu 90% am laptop arbeite und der ne max. auflösung von nur 1024x768 hat. das is mir bissi zu niedrig (arbeite normalerweise mit 1800x1600) darum hängt mein andrer monitor dran, der so ne switchfunktion hat. da seh ich dann mein andern rechner.. erm, also den desktop von und selbst wenn ich den verkaufen würde, da krieg ich doch niemals mehr als 50 euro für. is ja n uralter röhrenmonitor ^^ der hat sogar noch bnc anschlüsse :0
