Mar. 31st, 2004 07:53 pmToday is a Good Day.
Since I'd fixed the bike yesterday it was quite fun biking to work today. I just stopped at the petrol station to get some air for my tyres.
The brakes still act a little weird. They tend to stick to the tyre sometimes ...
Anyway, biking was nice.
So was arriving at the airport and greeting Swantje, and later Jenny. They were both actually happy to hear that I'm doing shifts 2-4 today, and tomorrow (:
Because they'll be working then too.
I mean, !!!
wh000000 (((:
They actually enjoy my presence!
And a while ago some woman called for the SKL and tried persuading me to buy lottery tickets. She was quite persistent, so we spent 7 minutes arguing about probabilities of actually winning, and stuff. That was kinda fun, in a way ... o_O
Oh and Olaf was at the airport too. He'd been motorbiking around and enjoying the weather and stuff. So we chatted for a bit too, I asked a few questions about all sorts a stuff, and he told me that for some reason the two new girls are not allowed to work all alone at the counter yet, so Steffi always has to be with them to keep an eye on them ... I guess that's not quite the way she'd wanted things to work out ... o_O
