uhm ... meep ...
Apr. 20th, 2004 01:07 amI just finished Splinter Cell - Pandora Tomorrow.
I have to say that I quite liked it. It's got a little illogical towards the end, but then I'm not too sure I actually solved the last scene the way it was meant to be solved. For some reason you were supposed to kill the last three terrorists. Since they were equipped with night-vision, and were pretty close to each other I decided to just use a diversion cam and gas them. But, gas takes out opponents, but doesn't kill them. So even though none of them were able to trigger the bomb any more, I had to run up to them and shoot them. *shurgs* The ending, IMO was a little illogical too. Why is it that the secret agency thingy the protagonist works for is incapable to get a bomb squad on site in time before the thing blows up, but the police manages it? o_O
Oh well. I like the game anyway. I just wish it was a little more open, which was the same disadvantage the original Splinter Cell had ....
shesh ... Have you ever coughed or blown your nose so hard or so often that you get dizzy? I do that a lot lately. It's not a good feeling ... o_O
Oh how I hate this bloody cold. My throat doesn't really hurt as such, I just randomly get a stingy sensation in it which results in me coughing. Coughing doesn't do any good though. It just makes me feel more dizzy, and not good. The only thing that helps a little bit is my peppermint oil stuff. Thank God for that. I can't say that the inhalation or coughing medicine have done any good so far ... o_O
Oh well, guess I'll go to bed now then ... Plans for tomorrow involve going food and battery shopping. My mouse needs new ones. And I guess while I'm at it, I'll get rid of the old batteries that have piled up in a drawer for the past 3.5 years ...
