As it turns out, I'm really not good with dealing with criticism.
Steffi left a note at the airport complaining about how I'm too lazy to clean cars, and that she thinks it's unfair that she and Sonja have to come to the airport early in the morning to clean them.
And I don't really get it.
I've tried calling her, it's not that I refuse to discuss this, but she's not answering the phone.
In her note, she said that it can't be that she's turning up half an hour early to clean cars for potential sponti customers.
- I'm not sure if this was referring to today, since there *were* no cars for potential sponti customers today. All cars are needed for reservations today. o_O
And I'm too lazy to clean cars?
When there's plenty of dirty cars, I usually stay at the airport during the breaks and clean them. That's sometimes as much as 4 or 5 cars per day.
What I do not do, is going outside to clean cars in pouring rain. And I very much doubt anyone else does that either.
I also don't clean cars when it's dark outside. That's not lazyness, or a "can't be arsed" attitude, it's just that I can't freaking see the dirt when it's dark, so what's the point?
"Oh, I cleaned this car, but it was dark so you better go see and possibly clean it again ..."

Exception: I do go out in the rain, or dark, or both, when the car is needed during the early shift the next day. Just do it as best I can then ... *shurgs*
I really wish she'd answer her phone, this is ruining my mood.
(on a side note, Steffi was away for like 6 or 8 weeks, and nobody complained then. Now she's been back for a week, and she "can't work like this" ...) ...
