Today was what I consider to be a good day at work.

Didn't start off too well though. I had to drive to a customer to switch cars, and going 180km/h in what looks suspiciously like a giant frog is not exactly fun. I have to admit I was surpised at the speed it managed to go though.
Anyway, I found the customer's house almost right away, and was on my way back to Lübeck in a Frog Convertible soon afterwards.

Then back here I had to drive around some more. We had to deliver several cars to a customer, so Dominik drove the cars there, and I picked him up and returned him to our station. I did that in an A6 3l Diesel car. (: Love those.
Then I drove Dom home.
Then back to work. Then Burger King, then back to work.

Now what's really nice about all this: I usually listen to Alster Radio when driving around. And at 10pm they usually do their "CD at 10" thing ("Die CD um Zehn"). So, while enjoying driving around Lübeck in a neat car I also had the chance to listen to all of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon today.

And I get paid to do that stuff ... (:

oops ...

I meant to write stuff about this past Friday.
Because, I had a day off and Chrischi was here.

We started off by us going to the Packstation to get my 5 Amazon packages.
Then we drove into town to see if we could get our money back from those Beyond the Darkside tickets. Long story short, the shop I bought them from is not returning the money, I'll have to contact the insolvency administrator responsible (the german promoter for the show has gone out of business). I talked to that lawyer on the phone, and there's a small chance that we'll get some of our money back, in 2-5 years. That's 57€ per ticket btw.
...
We also bought Subs for lunch and dinner.

Then we drove back to my place and watched some movies.
First, Munich. I was a little sceptical with this one at first, but Chischi assured me that it's good, and so it was.
Second one was Final Destination 3 - something funny for inbetween serious movies d;
Third one, Donnie Darko (original version). Neither of us had seen this one, and I'd only ordered the DVD because I'd heard it's a good one. And so it is, I love it! It's very weird, incredibly funny in places, and had both of us dumbfounded at the end.
I did some internet reading, and I also ordered and watched the Director's Cut DVD since then, both of which helped me getting the gist of it. I think. ish.

I'm so glad Microsoft has managed to fix the smaller, less important bugs in XP too ... )
