I think I need a soundcard
like, a proper one
not this onboard stuff
probably made from cardboard and stapled to the motherboard ... or something ... o_O
Anyway, as it seems the reason I can't play any modern games on this computer is not the graphics, or CPU speed, but the sound that's either not playing at all, or playing so badly that I want to rip my ears off after a few seconds of playing.
